KAVALE spol. s r. o., based in Kameničky, was founded in January 1993. It began its activities in rented premises and has been undergoing a period of development since its inception. After the liquidation of the cooperative, the entire agricultural complex was gradually purchased, thus acquiring premises that needed to be adapted to a new purpose. We currently own production areas of approximately 2,200 m² and land of approximately 10,000 m².
The main activity of the company is metalworking focused on the processing of sheet metal, steel profiles, and pipes of various sizes.
We use state-of-the-art technology with perfect precision for production – laser cutting, cutting parts on a CNC cutting press, bending parts on a CNC press brake. We also perform subsequent operations – cutting, shearing, drilling, welding, spot welding, grinding, and polishing. Upon customer request, we provide powder coating or electroplating surface treatment in cooperation with our partners.
We manufacture based on a supplied sample or drawing documentation, which can also be sent in electronic form directly to the programmer and technologist. Since its inception, our company has been constantly developing, introducing more progressive manufacturing processes and investing in ever-evolving manufacturing technologies.
