Production

We offer our customers comprehensive solutions in the field of mechanical engineering. We strive to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction. We carry out production either on the basis of supplied drawings or according to borrowed samples. In the field of surface treatments, we cooperate with a number of companies in our area.

Laser cutting

We use this method of sheet metal processing mainly for small-batch and piece production.

CNC machining

In 2014, we expanded our capabilities with CNC machining technology. Our range of machine tools now includes two machining centers and a CNC lathe.

Material cutting

We use Bomar band saws equipped with roller conveyors to cut bar materials. Currently, we have two band saws in operation.

Sheet metal cutting

This method of sheet metal processing is more suitable for simpler product shapes. We currently have two CNC punching machines available.

Grinding

We use grinding technology when machining welded joints. We most often use hand-held disc grinders from manufacturers such as Würth, Bosch, Makita, and others.
