Drilling and threading
Our workshop is equipped with several column and bench drills. For threading, we use a Z-M 12 thread cutter and an RNM-12 pneumatic thread cutter.
Pressing
We use various types of presses for production. We use presses for cutting, punching, bending, straightening, stamping, extrusion, etc.

Welding
We perform various types of welding, primarily MAG, MIG, WIG, and spot welding. Welding is performed in welding booths equipped with extraction systems. Only qualified and properly trained employees with a welding certificate for the given type of welding perform welding at our company.
Yaskawa robotic welding workstation
We use a welding robot for medium and large series. The work system is shuttle-based. This means that parts are loaded in the first work area and the actual welding takes place in the second. This ensures that the robot is fully utilized without downtime.
